Return Policy 退換貨政策

如發現購買之商品有損壞,你可以在收到商品後7天內 (包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務申請換貨。當核實申請符合退換貨品條件,我們會協助安排退換有關商品,逾期恕不受理。

 

客戶服務可能會要求你提供相片和/或影片,以核實符合退換條件。

 

我們只接受以下退貨理由:

  • 商品有損壞/有缺陷
  • 不是你訂購的商品

 

以下情況不接受退換,包括但不限於:

  • 產品已非全新狀態,或已經使用
  • 產品已用水或清潔劑清洗過
  • 產品已受人為破損、有污漬或不完整
  • 產品與網站照片色差
  • 任何免費贈品
  • 已退換一次的貨品
  • 改變心意而退貨
  • 以購物金換領的貨品
  • 贈品及換領貨品不能退換成現金或其他產品。

 

拍攝光線、手機或電腦顯示屏等因素均有可能造成相片色差,產品顏色以實物為準。

如同款產品經已售罄,可換同等或低於原本購買價值之產品,或補差價較高價值之產品。如退換至較原本價值低之產品,餘額不設退款。(產品價值以申請退換貨當日之單件價格為準)。


換貨方法

收到貨品後7天 (包括星期六日及公眾假期) 聯繫我們的客戶服務要求換貨,並出示訂單或收據以作證明,獲得確認後寄回本公司辦公室換貨。

所有退換貨過程中來回運費需由客戶承擔。

運費不設償還。

若未能提供訂單或收據資料以作證明,恕不接受退貨。

我們在收到你的退件後,將於1個月內(不包括星期六日及公眾假期) 為你安排辦理退換貨流程。



退款方法

客戶下單前需清楚明白條款及細則,訂單成立後,恕不接受任何私人理由要求取消或退款。如閣下透過本店訂購產品/服務,即代表閣下接受並同意受購買條款及細則約束。本店有權自行更改條款及細則,而不作通知,客戶有責任於下單購買前細閱條款及細則。

被接納的退款會在14個工作天內安排。

已使用的購物金不設退還或兌成現金。

訂單一經確認一般會在付款後1個月(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期) 內出貨,由於運輸寄送所需時間不能準確預計,如內出貨但因運送延誤,將不接受退款。


繁體中文及英文版本如有分別及歧義,以繁體中文版本為準。本公司會不時修改上述條款及細則,而不作通知,如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。

If you find any damage to the purchased item, you can contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to apply for an exchange. When the application is verified to meet the conditions for return or exchange, we will assist in arranging the return or exchange of the relevant product. Late requests will not be accepted.

Our customer service may request you to provide photos and/or videos to verify that the return or exchange conditions are met.

We only accept the following reasons for returns:

  • The product is damaged/defective.
  • The product is not the one you ordered.

The following situations are not accepted for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • The product is no longer in a new condition or has been used.
  • The product has been washed with water or cleaning agents.
  • The product has been damaged, stained, or is incomplete due to human factors.
  • There is a color difference between the product and the website photo.
  • Any free gifts.
  • Products that have already been exchanged or returned once.
  • Returning the product due to a change of mind.
  • Products obtained through the redemption of shopping credits.
  • Gifts and redeemed items cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Factors such as lighting, mobile phones, or computer displays may cause color differences in photos. The actual product color prevails.

If the same product is out of stock, you can exchange it for a product of equal or lower value than the original purchase price, or pay the price difference for a higher-value product. If the exchange is made for a product with lower value than the original, no refund will be provided. (The product value is based on the unit price on the day of the return or exchange application).

Exchange Process:

Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) to request an exchange and provide the order or receipt as proof. After confirmation, return the product to our office for exchange.

The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs during the return or exchange process.

Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns without providing order or receipt information as proof will not be accepted.

After we receive your returned item, we will arrange the return or exchange process within 1 month (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Refund Method:

Customers must clearly understand the terms and conditions before placing an order. Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation or refund requests based on personal reasons will be accepted. By ordering products/services from our store, you indicate that you accept and agree to be bound by the purchase terms and conditions. Our store reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions before making a purchase.

Accepted refunds will be arranged within 14 working days.

Used shopping credits cannot be refunded or converted into cash.

Generally, orders will be shipped within 1 month after payment confirmation (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Due to unpredictable shipping and delivery times, refunds will not be accepted for delayed shipments.

In case of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Traditional Chinese and English versions, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. Our company reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without notice. In case of any dispute, our company has the final decision-making authority.
