1. Digital Goods & AI Services

  • Delivery Method: All AI services, software licenses, and digital goods are delivered electronically via email or directly through your user account dashboard.

  • Delivery Time: Digital services are typically provisioned instantly or within 1–2 working days after payment verification. No physical shipping fees apply to these services.

2. Hong Kong Local Delivery (Physical Goods)

  • Courier Service: SF Express is our default courier. All local shipments are sent via Freight Collect (the customer pays the courier fee directly upon delivery/collection).

  • Special Arrangements: If you require an alternative courier or specific shipping arrangements, please contact us via WhatsApp at (852) 5600 6218 before placing your order.

  • Delivery Lead Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 14 working days from the payment confirmation date. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

3. International & Overseas Shipping

  • Delivery Lead Time: Standard international shipping takes approximately 2 to 14 working days from the payment confirmation date, depending on the destination country and customs processing times (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any destination customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees that may apply.

4. Important Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery address details. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to address errors, or is returned to us for unknown reasons, any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be borne entirely by the customer.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to physical goods passes to the customer once the items are handed over to the courier service. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.

  • Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify these shipping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse product replacements under non-qualifying conditions. In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right to make the final decision.
